Is there a maximum size for model which can be handled by Batch Mesher? I have problems using a big UG file.

KP,
There is no limit to file size of a model submitted to batch Mesher. It all depends on how much memory (RAM) your machine has. Try submitting the same on a m/c which has large memory and let Altair Tech. Support (hwsupport@altair.com) know if you still have issues.
